Located on the 9th floor (see the big red arrow) of this beautiful complex, you have a 180 degree view of the ocean and beach from the large balcony.  Sliding glass doors across the entire front of the condo brings this great view inside the den and master bedroom.   This beautiful view is why the Grand Strand has such a great reputation for its beautiful beaches.  Whether you go to play golf at one of the hundred world class golf courses or just to relax, you will love these accommodations.

A short stroll on the beach will take you by great places to grab a bite to eat or get a cold drink.  With some of the widest beaches in the world, the view is spectacular.  In the summer months, bring your bathing suit because the ocean is warm and inviting.  Guests enjoy swimming and playing in the ocean or just laying out catching the rays.  

And don't forget the beautiful pool!  This is a picture off the side of our balcony.  The ocean front heated pool is a great place to kick back and just relax on a lounge chair or in the pool.      

So take a quick elevator ride to the 9th floor, walk out to the 27' wide balcony from the den or master suite and you still have the great oceanfront view!  This is the perfect place to eat breakfast or just enjoy some privacy.

Tired of the water, just grab a book or magazine and lay on one of the lounges in the ocean front lawn area.  The view is great!

Tired of eating out at one of the thousand restaurants in the area, a covered grill area is available for your convience.  

The Living Room area has a fold out couch which makes into a full sized bed.  There is also a love seat and several chairs too.  Sit back and watch the sunset out one of the three sliding glass doors.  After the sun goes down, kick back and watch cable TV on our brand new 27" TV or a movie on the VCR (movies not included!)

The Kitchen has all new appliances.  The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and lots of food.  Well, maybe not food!  And yes, we have a blender too!  Kid not included!

The tiled Dining area has a large table that seats 6 and there is a bar with stools that seats 3 right behind the table.  This is a great place to enjoy meals and play cards. 

There is a Wet Bar with some really neat glasses and a red fish.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a brand new King sized bed.  There is a sliding glass door to the balcony so you can awake to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the ocean.  A TV is located in the Master Bedroom.   It has a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and closet area.

The Queen Bedroom has a brand new Queen sized bed.  It has a large built in closet and private access to the second bathroom.

The Twin Bedroom has two twin sized beds.  Great for the kids.  Shove 'em together if you want to get close to your roommate! You have plenty of closet space too. 

The Central Air Conditioner will keep you nice and cool on those hot days.  A Washer and Dryer is provided for your conveince.  Telephones in the Dining area and Master Bedroom are available for free local and 800 calls.  The condo has just recently been renovated and now has beautiful tile floors throughout the kitchen, hall, and dining area.  Covered parking is available.  All entrance doors to the complex require a key for entry.  This is for your safety and provides a very secure place for you and your family to stay.

*Rates and availability dates are subject to change without notice and rates do not include taxes.   Rates include departure maid service and clean linens.  Check-in is Saturday at 3:00PM and check-out is the next Saturday at 10:00AM.  A non-refundable down payment of 10% is required to book the condo for your specified date.   Final payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.  South Carolina & Myrtle Beach Sales Tax of 10% will be added to the total.  A $100 Security Deposit is required with the Final Payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure after inspection of the condo for damage.
